Over the past few months, Stacie and I have spent countless hours communicating about the direction of our business. The main focus: creating a brand that reflects who we are as a business and a couple. We have always operated as a husband and wife team but our old brand did not reflect this. The hardest part for us was picking a logo, because after all…..this was going to stick with us for years to come. I have to admit, we wrestled back and forth about the new logo as I attempted to hang on to the masculinity in which I had grown accustomed to. However, I realized along the way that the feminine touch added by my wife is why we have had so much success in this business. We wanted the brand and logo to reflect us as a couple. We decided that Simple, Authentic & Joyful are the most important things to us. Without further ado….. here she is!
Some of you have already seen it as I am horrible at keeping surprises under wraps. For those of you who haven’t we hope you love it as much as we do! We are very fortunate to have worked with a fellow friend in this local industry, Jennifer Williams with Willis Design. She knew Stacie and I well and had a great perception of who we were as a couple.
The second stage for us was updating our website to reflect the direction we had taken with our business. Staying true to what we have always said, we went with a timeless, classic, elegant feel with a twist of modern. We would love for you all to check out the new look we had created for us at booneandstacie.com. A huge thank you to Bret at Bret Robertson.com for styling our new site and integrating our blog. We literally could not have done this without you. We love the new look created by the designers at Tonic! We look forward to updating our blog much more often as the prettiness of it all has sparked Stacie’s interest in blogging! We want to thank you all for your continued support in this business and hope you enjoy following along this incredible journey we get to do together as husband and wife! In the meantime, here are a few of our favorites from a recent wedding at Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club
